We are a friendly golf society based in Redditch Worcestershire and are surrounded by plenty of great courses which we try to play throughout the year, we are friendly bunch who enjoy golf but do not take it too seriously. The Society now has in excess of 30 members and still adheres to the principals of playing ‘friendly’ golf each month from March through to November at a wide range of venues both nearby and further afield such as Oakridge GC (Nuneaton), Stoneleigh Deerpark GC, The Staffordshire GC, Puckrup Hall GC (Tewkesbury), Cleobury Mortimer GC, Bewdley Pines GC, Feldon Valley GC (Lower Brailles), Brandon Woods GC (Coventry) and Dudley GC to name but a few.

  • The Society

The Society started out in 2011 as a loose association of friends and regulars at the Bramley Cottage public house in Redditch who shared a keen interest in playing ‘sociable’ golf together.

  • Society History

Following the untimely death of one of its founding members the Society inaugurated an annual Memorial Charity Golf Day that it has held at Abbey Park G&CC, Redditch each September since 2012 with the aim of raising money which is donated to Charity.
